Restructured theme files for theme store redesign with one tiny hotfix for header bar.

Changes

• Created subfolders for preset listings

• Changed preset names in the config file

• Added the .json files matching each preset’s demo store/templates and /sections into their respective subfolders

Fixes and improvements

• Fix header bar not swapping color correctly causing text to be unreadable
