Store access request

If you contact our support team we may ask for a collaborator access code. This will give us the ability to request access to parts of your Shopify account. With this we're able to investigate support issues much better. This is a much safer way to share account access - you'll always remain the admin and have the ability to revoke access at any time.

How to get a collaborator access code

To obtain a Shopify collaborator request code, go to your Shopify admin, navigate to Settings > Users and permissions, then scroll down to the Collaborators section and click Generate new code.

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Users.

2. Click Security.

3. Click the 4-digit code to copy it to your clipboard.

4. Provide the 4-digit code to your collaborator.
