This hotfix addresses several strikethrough/hidden product variant options bugs.

Fixes and improvements

Fixed a bug where some variants would be wrongfully hidden
Fixed a bug where unchecked Enable Default Variant setting would cause variants to be hidden
Fixed a bug where additional strikethroughs were wrongfully assigned
